As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service (see at right) within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain return instructions. Products returned for a refund must be in the same condition as received when purchased (new condition). Once received, returns are processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your credit card. You will be issued a credit for 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges if applicable. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you choose a delivery method with tracking and/or insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse a return. Customers must obtain their RA number by contacting customer service, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping of the product back to them. A shipping fee may apply to exchanges for which RF Limited is not responsible.
After 30 days from the date of purchase the product may not be returned for a refund. Please contact Customer Service for information on warranty repair or replacement. This policy ONLY applies to products that are purchased directly from RF Limited / Magnum / MotoComm, whether online or by telephone.
This policy does NOT apply to products that are purchased through resellers. Please check with the individual reseller for their return policy.
